I appreciated the written instructions on the packaging of these! The cleanser is very nice, it doesn ´t strip my skin awfully, leaves a gentle feeling, I use it for double cleanse in the evening and to wake my complexion up in the morning. I follow with the toner, which is great. Very active formula! Leaves though rather a thicker layer on the skin. It ´s not exactly watery type of formula - so keep it in mind. I use the toner also AM & PM. And as for the serum - wow, that ´a really very potent formula, very very strong. I used it on the fourth day after 3 days with the Sleeping Facial, and I burned my skin - it turned very sensitive and around the lips & under my nose it even went dry to flakey. Nevertheless it got OK in 2 days. But - BE CAREFULL!
